- Compiles with -Yansi now, no POSIX needed.
Defaults in config.h are now set to compile wthout POSIX.
broken ANSI parts are fixed.
Use make CC='<your-c-compiler and options> -DFS_POSIX=1' to compile
with POSIX dependencies.
